How was your
moment with Joseph?

I met Joseph as he was a yoga and meditation instructor. To this day he is still my favorite leader of such activities. His attitude and essence are so peaceful and soothing, and each session is unique in that he follows his intuition for what his group needs most in the moment. He also is a fantastic leader in these modalities as he teaches the foundation and breathing techniques throughout the whole process. He is also hyper observant of his students in a physical setting and not only I but also others have said he comes over at just the right time and helps in just the right way. 

I have grown by leaps and bounds due to knowing Joseph and being able to experience all he has to offer. 

I have also been blessed to learn from him as a student of metaphysics, *real* healthy cooking, and  foundation training. (Should I mention he's also a phenomenal vegan chef?)

I then decided to try his massage/bodywork practice out; my friend who has traveled the world says Joseph is still the best bodyworker he has ever experienced, and I concur. He has even given me energetic healings upon request- I always feel ten times lighter and clearer when these occur. 

I have also gotten personal commissions from him, the intricacy of his art is astounding. The intention is to empower and enliven and I feel that whenever I look at a piece he's made for me. 

Overall, Joseph is by far one of the most talented, unique, loving, compassionate, detail- oriented, driven and thoughtful individuals I have ever met and I am so utterly blessed to be able to experience all he has to offer. 

I hope to all ways continue learning from this infinitely astounding individual. Thank you Joseph!!!

​I have enjoyed having Joseph as one of my fitness instructors for about a year. In yoga class, he is welcoming and accommodating to all levels, while delivering a great workout. You will leave his class feeling relaxed and energized. Joseph has a calming presence about him. As a massage therapist, he brings to his classes a knowledge of the human body that is impressive, and leads to accomplishing muscle strengthening and tissue flexibility.

As a water aerobics instructor, Joseph leads a class that is fun, and somehow manages to work most every muscle group in each session! After attending several of his classes, I personally have noticed a loosening of a tight post-surgical shoulder, and a firming around the waist and torso.

In total, Joseph puts time, intention, and passion in every class. He is a kind, generous, and highly-skilled instructor.

Joseph is my LMT, yoga instructor, swim instructor and artist. My story begins 7 years ago that is when I had a devastating life-changing accident. I am a disabled senior prior to my accident I was an overachiever high octane energy enjoying and devouring life running a hundred miles an hour 18 hours a day. And in the blink of an eye I was in the trauma unit. For 7 years I endured 21 surgeries, physical therapy, pain management, heavy pain medications, epidural injections etc. Until the day Joseph walked into my life with a smile and a strong handshake. I would like to take this opportunity to tell you about this incredible man and what he's capable of. As an LMT his care is extraordinary. Do not expect an ordinary massage. Joseph's care and treatment is cutting edge, effective, innovative, conscientious and affordable  Designed for each individual client. As a swim instructor his classes are incredibly fun and so different. He incorporates so many forms of exercise into one class the calorie burn is incredible and you do not feel for a minute like you're exercising. Every student in the class feels like we are at a pool party. He takes the ropes down and we are all over the pool. It is not the kind of class where you are standing in the space the size of an election booth. Joseph incorporates aerobics, cardio, yoga, dance it is a joyful class filled with laughter and budding friendships. Joseph's classes are not merely classes they are  an experience! Joseph conducts all of his classes with thoughtful purpose and intent. As a yoga instructor he is by far the best Yogi I have ever worked with. Joseph is knowledgeable, well-trained in the baron Baptiste method. His knowledge of the body being an LMT only increases his ability to be such an effective yoga instructor. Joseph is generous with his knowledge and offers modifications so everyone can get the full benefit from the class. As a client and a student it is obvious to see how passionate he is about what he does he's always prepared and it's always unique and interesting and fun. You walk away from any of Joseph's classes he always has time to talk to a student one-on-one to answer their questions or to help make their experience more worthwhile. As an artist I find Joseph's art to be intriguing and mesmerizing.  Joseph is a local artist who is recently featured in a local art gallery show and has his art displayed in several local businesses.I have some of his artwork in my home.  I absolutely love it. I find myself lost in the painting there is always something new to discover. To me Joseph is a blessing and an answered prayer. With Joseph's healing hands and healing heart he has enriched my life. Healed my body. Joseph with his hard work has given me back my quality of life. I thought I was going to live the rest of my life living in senior care  in a wheelchair. I met Joseph a year and a half ago prior to meeting this incredible human being I thought my life was over as I knew it. Honestly I was not adjusting well. Joseph has given me the gift of teaching me internal balance which I prefer over external emergency device buttons. Because of Joseph I get to enjoy the pleasure of his classes I'm dating again traveling again living my best life! As I stated previously Joseph to me has been an answered prayer to our community at large Joseph is a gem. Joseph changed my life, he brought me back to life. Maybe he can help you too.
